Do you ship to my country?

Please create an account by clicking the “My Account / Order Status” link at the top right hand side of our site. During signup we’ll ask for your shipping address details including country. If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time.

What are my payment choices?

During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you.

When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?

All shipping charges are calculated according to the shipping weight of each individual item. Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will find the shipping costs added to your order. We will ship your order shortly after we receive payment from you and completed processing. Orders/Parcels usually ship within 24-48 hours. For 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air shipping charges, please contact us. We use a variety of shipping methods: USPS Priority International.

International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and/or customs fees. These fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient. If a shipment is refused and returned, you will be responsible for any import taxes and/or return shipping costs incurred by Nintai Inc. These fees are specific for the destination country. Therefore, we do not know what the amount will be. These are applied by your country’s customs department based on the value and characteristics of whatever is being imported. Every country has their own unique regulations and procedures. The shipping and handling fee applied by Nintai Inc. at checkout does NOT cover any duties, taxes or brokerage fees. Please be prepared to pay these fees when your package is delivered. If the package is refused or returned to us, all customs charges or fees will be charged to you.

Sometimes your country’s customs department will require additional information in order to clear your shipment for delivery. If they ask you for an invoice or commercial invoice, you can find a copy of that by looking at your order history under your profile. If you need further assistance, please contact us.
